About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analytics Manager with a proven track record in Python-based data analytics and big data environments. This role requires a strong technical foundation combined with leadership excellence to manage both projects and people in a fast-paced, high-performance setting.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced data analytics solutions in production environments.
β’ Apply deep expertise in Python, PySpark, SQL/PLSQL, Kafka, and big data technologies.
β’ Proactively manage analytics project pipelines, ensuring optimal prioritization, resource allocation, and timely delivery.
β’ Provide strategic mentorship and coaching to team members while driving high performance and fostering career growth.
β’ Influence business outcomes by collaborating closely with AIM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
β’ Define business requirements, create robust technical and process documentation, and oversee execution.
β’ Identify and recruit talent with the right skillsets to meet evolving business needs.
β’ Communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
Qualifications:
β’ Minimum 15+ years of data analytics experience in core development using Python and database technologies.
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
β’ Strong hands-on Python coding skills in big data environments.
β’ Expertise in PySpark, SQL/PLSQL, Kafka.
β’ At least 8 years of people management experience.
β’ Proven track record of delivering analytics projects in challenging environments.
β’ Strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and risk mitigation skills.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
