Overview:
Seeking a motivated Bioinformatics/ML Scientist to join a cross-functional project focused on applying machine learning to multi-modal clinical trial datasets. The role involves data integration, feature engineering, and model development to predict patient risk for drug-induced liver toxicity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Centralize, harmonize, and process multimodal datasets (omics, clinical, imaging, safety labs).
• Develop and apply ML models to predict patient risk for drug-induced liver toxicity.
• Collaborate with biologists, chemists, data scientists, and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
• PhD in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong track record with ML/statistical modeling and multimodal datasets.
• Expertise in Python/R for data manipulation, analysis, and ML model development.
• Experience with survival analysis; NLP/LLMs and neuroscience background preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; strong publication record.
