Salesforce Senior Solution/Demo Architect

Job Description As a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect/Demo Engineer, you’re comfortable spinning up complex, narrative-ready environments on the Salesforce platform. You have experience working both solo and collaborating with cross-functional consultants on executing both new product development and fast-moving pre-sales engagements. This role owns all aspects of demo customization, prioritizing configuration but leveraging Apex, LWCs, and Flows when needed. You’ll partner closely with Saasinct’s product owners, architects, and engineers to showcase the power of our product and service offerings to prospective financial services clients. What You’ll Be Doing Work with customers and client stakeholders to understand and define business requirements. Create user stories and functional requirements; ensure assigned projects are accurately tracked, managed, and reported on using Saasinct’s project management tools. Implement Salesforce solutions in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud Communities, and integrating third-party tools as required. Develop data models and document data structures using visual diagrams and data dictionaries; perform data management and implement data quality best practices. Configure features and processes that include custom objects, formula fields, field dependencies, validation rules, workflow rules and actions, approval processes, reporting and dashboards, and other declarative features in Salesforce. Define and configure user security permissions and role hierarchies to meet client requirements. Collaborate with Saasinct team members to understand, define and improve current processes and best practices using process flow diagrams, making recommendations for future state processes and system designs. Own the evolution of Saasinct’s demo orgs, prioritizing configuration-first solutions across Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, using Apex, LWCs, or custom integrations when necessary. Translate Product Owners’ high-level ideas and roadmaps into detailed solutions, build tasks, and phased releases, holding regular syncs with stakeholders to review backlog, confirm demo readiness, and surface blockers or dependencies. Rapidly deliver and iterate demo environment features, accelerating key sales opportunities by seeding realistic data and ensuring end-to-end business processes resonate with a variety of financial-services use cases. Establish and maintain a CI/CD pipeline and rigorous test coverage, enabling controlled deployments, rollback, and reliable environment refreshes while respecting Salesforce data-security best practices. Own day-to-day demo-org administration and technical troubleshooting, supporting Saasinct’s sales team with timely updates. Create clear, reusable documentation, including architecture diagrams, data-loading scripts, reset instructions, and demo playbooks. What You Bring 10+ years hands-on Salesforce experience spanning admin and development tasks. Current certifications: Administrator and Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I (higher certs a plus). Proven track record of building and delivering Salesforce demos or prototypes in pre-sales contexts. Proficiency in Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, API integrations, and DevOps Center/Gearset. Strong discovery, presentation, and storytelling skills—able to quantify ROI and handle technical objections. Financial service experience Nice To Have Private-equity and broad capital-markets domain expertise highly preferred. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and AI features (Einstein, Agentforce) in demo scenarios. This is a contract to hire position.
