Role description
This contract role will support multi-phase Dynamics 365 Sales implementation: Phase 1: Sales Module Creation & Build Set up a new Dynamics 365 Sales environment. Configure core entities: Leads, Opportunities, Contacts, Accounts. Customize sales stages: Outreach β†’ Qualification β†’ Proposal β†’ Implementation β†’ Contract. Design intuitive workflows with minimal required data entry and critical field capture. Customize Account Forms (ACO, Payer, Other). Build deal tracker and sales funnel views integrated with Fabric BI dashboards. Implement light automation (email notifications, task reminders, marketing pushes). Configure user roles and permissions. Enable document upload with version control. Document workflows for post-win/loss decisions. Deliver a one-hour user training session. Phase 2: Implementation & Account Management Conduct stakeholder discovery and define business objectives. Map customer journey and assess current account management processes. Perform data audit and migration planning. Customize account/contact entities and hierarchies. Design security roles and standardized account planning templates. Establish KPI framework and dashboards. Integrate Dynamics 365 with ERP and marketing platforms. Conduct UAT, performance testing, and go-live planning. Provide user training and post-launch support. Phase 3: Contract Management Define and configure contract models using Entitlements. Automate workflows for contract lifecycle (drafting, approval, renewal). Enable cross-departmental access to contract terms (billing, reconciliation). Integrate third-party CLM solutions (Adobe Sign, DocuSign, SharePoint). Train users and secure contract data. Build dashboards for contract performance analytics. Qualifications: Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales configuration and customization. Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and data modeling. Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and BI tools. Familiarity with Power Automate, SharePoint, and CLM solutions. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Ability to lead training sessions and support user adoption.
