Proficiency in hypothesis testing, data quality analysis, KPI management, and business rule management
Experience with AWS S3, AWS Athena, AWS Redshift, Databricks
Proficiency in reading/documenting data models (conceptual, logical, and physical), data flows, and data architecture diagrams
Business & Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with data exploration and working with limited context to identify and solve problems
Comfortable engaging with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture data needs and define detailed data business rules
Willing and able to vet and curate reference data in collaboration with business stakeholders
Collaboration Expectations Works closely with data engineer to gather, document, and clarify granular requirements and business logic
Works closely with technical product manager to align efforts with prioritized efforts
Partners with Data & AI team to validate outputs and ensure alignment with data product expectations
AI & Data Governance Awareness Understands the AI/ML model lifecycle and its data dependencies (e.g., feature readiness, model input/output requirements)
Familiar with AI concepts and practices relevant to data product development
Understands data governance principles and their role in ensuring quality, traceability, and compliance
