Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a versatile and experienced Enterprise Content SME with expertise in BOX or adjacent technologies to support a Virginia state agency’s enterprise content management strategy. This role will focus on ensuring BOX’s built-in viewer and online storage capabilities are effectively leveraged to support secure, efficient operations across the organization. Given the niche nature of this role, we welcome candidates with backgrounds in RPA, Adobe Document Management, or Power BI who have experience working with BOX or similar enterprise content platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the subject matter expert for BOX Enterprise Content Management across the agency. • Support the effective use of BOX’s built-in viewer and online storage features to enhance operational workflows. • Collaborate with business units to understand content management needs and translate them into secure, scalable BOX solutions. • Monitor and maintain BOX configurations to ensure compliance with security and data governance policies. • Provide guidance and training to staff on BOX best practices and integrations with other tools (e.g., Adobe, Power BI, RPA platforms). • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving BOX-related issues, including access, permissions, and content lifecycle management. • Work with IT and security teams to ensure BOX usage aligns with Commission-wide cybersecurity standards. Compensation: $40/hr to $60/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
