Akkodis is seeking a Business Systems Analyst proficient in Atlassian. Please apply if you are interested! β€’ Work Schedule: Hybrid Schedule. 3 days in the office and 2 working from home. β€’ In office schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am-3pm PST. β€’ San Diego, CA 92101 (located in downtown San Diego) β€’ Pay: 40/hr - 45/hr β€’ 6-month Contract to Hire Responsibilities: Atlassian Administration β€’ Manage user access, roles, and permission schemes for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence β€’ Configure projects, spaces, workflows, pages, issue types, screens, custom fields, and notification schemes β€’ Build and maintain automation rules to streamline and scale operations β€’ Field and route tickets submitted to our internal support projects (CCAS and UA) β€’ Manage dozens of Jira Service Desk environments by administering portal access (with several request types), configuring email requests, and chat functionality β€’ Develop and manage forms and service request types (e.g., using native tools or integrated apps). Currently most projects only utilize a single request type with limited field prompts for better data collection β€’ Support Jira integrations with Atlassian and third-party tools. Standardize Confluence spaces and continue to monitor, update documentation across multiple teams β€’ Provide support, training, and documentation to end users and internal teams for improved adoption and organizational proficiency β€’ Build external Confluence infrastructure to consolidate documentation administration across multiple products (DPP, CRM, Jira, BCP, etc.) β€’ Alteryx Workflow Administration β€’ Administer the Alteryx Server, including scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting workflow failures β€’ Manage user roles and workflow versioning across development and production environments β€’ Enhance Alteryx Server gallery user interface and allow for further functionality such as ad hoc reports β€’ Collaborate with analysts and developers to optimize and maintain ETL pipelines β€’ Maintain system health, perform upgrades, and ensure security/audit compliance β€’ SSRS Report Administration β€’ Manage and deploy SSRS reports and datasets β€’ Handle permissions, subscriptions, and shared data sources β€’ Troubleshoot performance issues and work with teams to improve report reliability and delivery β€’ Support migration, versioning, and audit of reports in collaboration with the P&S analyst team β€’ Migrate existing SSRS reports away from RM to CRM and archive outgoing reports β€’ Power BI Administration β€’ Oversee Power BI workspace access, dataset refreshes, and sharing permissions β€’ Assist with report publishing, connection troubleshooting, and basic governance or various reports β€’ Support integration of Power BI with other tools (e.g., Alteryx outputs or SQL Server databases) β€’ Work with Power BI developers and DPP teams to update report infrastructure to use Fabric report integration β€’ As data emphasis shifts from CRM to other sources, we’ll need to support an increasing amount of reports β€’ Other Duties β€’ Support User Access duties, routing tickets to CRM and administering access in various applications β€’ Create documentation around support services such as MFT, VCron, Alteryx (individual use), DB architecture, etc. β€’ Establish Python best practices and infrastructure setup ahead of teamwide adoption β€’ Education: Requires a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline - or equivalent work experience. β€’ Experience: Have 3-5 years of equivalent work experience performing and/or verified proficiency in performing related functions. β€œBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
