This is a leadership role at the intersection of business intelligence, content quality, and AI innovation. No prior AI experience needed — your domain expertise is what matters. • Organization: Alignerr • Type: Hourly Contract • Location: Remote • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do • Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing AI training material • Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery across projects • Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency • Provide constructive performance feedback, hands-on training, and career development support • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular updates • Guide the creation of business case studies, analytical scenarios, and structured content across domains such as finance, policy, operations, and e-commerce Who You Are • Experienced team leader with 2+ years managing analysts or content teams • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, consulting, or domain-focused content work • Strong analytical and research skills with sharp attention to accuracy and logic • Clear, confident communicator who can give detailed feedback and keep teams aligned • Creative thinker who can approach business problems from multiple angles • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent experience • No prior AI experience required Nice to Have • Master's degree or MBA in a business-related field • Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or content review systems • Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured analytical content Why Join Us • Work on genuinely impactful projects alongside top AI research labs • Fully remote and flexible — structure your week around your life • Freelance autonomy with the substance of meaningful, leadership-level work • Gain firsthand exposure to how advanced large language models are built and trained • Collaborate with a global network of subject matter experts • Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
