Job Title: Business Analyst – Finance Domain (Wealth / Asset Mgmt, Capital Markets, KYC/AML, Risk) Location: United States (Remote/Hybrid/Onsite – Based on client) Employment Type: Full-Time | W2 | C2C | Contract-to-Hire Key Responsibilities: • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for financial products such as equities, bonds, fixed income, derivatives, and structured products • Work across front office, middle office, and back office operations in financial institutions to streamline workflows and reporting processes • Facilitate stakeholder discussions with portfolio managers, traders, operations, risk officers, and compliance teams • Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, wireframes, data mappings, and process flow diagrams • Partner with technology teams for system integration, UAT coordination, regression testing, and production deployment • Drive digital transformation and automation for payments (ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, RTP) • Support risk and compliance efforts including AML, KYC, OFAC screening, and regulatory reporting (e.g., FINRA, SEC, MiFID II) • Collaborate on projects involving reference data, market data, trade lifecycle management, and settlement systems • Conduct gap analysis, root cause investigations, and work on remediation plans in audit and regulatory-driven initiatives About Precision Technologies Corp: We are an E-Verified US IT Staffing and Solutions firm with over 14 years of excellence in delivering top-tier talent to industry-leading clients across the United States.
