Role description
Duration: 5+ Months
Location: MN-Maplewood, 100% Remote
Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Business Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
β’ Requirements Gathering
β’ Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify and gather detailed business and technical requirements
β’ Conduct interviews and workshops to capture requirements and understand business needs
β’ Documentation
β’ Document current state, problem statements, and other relevant information in a clear and concise manner
β’ Process Analysis
β’ Where applicable, understand workflows and be able to document them to varying levels of abstraction
β’ Where applicable, work with stakeholders to map out current state processes and propose future state solutions
β’ Data Analysis and Reporting
β’ Develop outputs that can drive new metrics or compliance reporting
β’ Support decision making with data-driven insights
β’ Ability to estimate effort and do regular status updates, escalations, and general work status reporting
Qualifications
β’ Familiarity with networking, cybersecurity, and general IT systems concepts
β’ Experience with project management methodologies
β’ Experience developing materials and communications for varying levels of leadership (including C-level)
β’ Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to identity governance and administration
β’ IGA project implementation experience
β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
β’ Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Cybersecurity or IT security projects
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β’ Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $115,000 or the hourly equivalent.
