Business Analyst 2

Peak Performers has partnered with a managed care organization to assist in their search for a remote Business Analyst 2 . In this contract position, you will be responsible for provider data accuracy. Major duties • Process implementation (including data analysis and recommendations), improvement and documentation. • Ownership and monitoring of key processes. • Research, analyze and document based on project needs. • Make recommendations based on analysis and ongoing research and monitoring. • Create formal documentation based on the business needs. • Present to leadership. • Develop relationships with cross-functional teams and engage with them to learn more about the business and the business needs to solve problems. What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. • 2+ years of business process analysis (documenting business process, gathering requirements) experience in healthcare industry and/or working in a data driven environment. • Knowledge of data migration, software enhancement/planning, and Agile preferred. • IIBA Membership – CCBA or CBAP preferred. • Health insurer experience preferred. • well-rounded experience (e.g.; progressive responsibility, volunteer work, educational/vocational pursuits) preferred.
