Business Analyst 2

Peak Performers has partnered with a managed care organization to assist in their search for a remote Business Analyst 2 . In this contract position, you will be responsible for helping with the proofing and composition requirements for ICS ID card changes and re-issuing. Major duties • Help with proofing and composition requirements for ID Cards. • Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of new systems • Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes • Perform analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions, and assist with implementation • Identify ways to enhance performance management related to new business implementation processes • Develop and incorporate organizational best practices into business applications • Assist with formulating and updating departmental policies and procedures • Proof ID card and ID card letter communications for errors • Create composition requirement documentation and validate data What are we looking for? • 2+ years of business process analysis (i.e. documenting business process, gathering requirements). • Experience in healthcare industry or 1+ years of managed care encounters experience • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Word, Power Point, Excel and Access. • Understanding of HIPAA transactions (i.e. 837, 999, 824, 277) preferred. • Jira, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Project Management, Requirements, Data Analysis & Validation, UAT/QA experience preferred Exciting Opportunity Details • Rate: $34.93/hour • W2 Contract • Worksite Location: Remote • 3 month contract with opportunity for extension The Peak Performers difference • Excellent medical health, dental & vision insurance at 60 days • Our employees may choose to participate in a 403(b) retirement plan • Qualified applicants with chronic medical conditions and/or disabilities receive priority placement • We pay weekly through direct deposit • In business since 1994 and thousands of job placements All employment offers are contingent on the successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws.
