Role description
Peak Performers has partnered with a managed care organization to assist in their search for a remote Business Analyst 2 . In this contract position, you will be responsible for helping with the proofing and composition requirements for ICS ID card changes and re-issuing.
Major duties
β’ Help with proofing and composition requirements for ID Cards.
β’ Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of new systems
β’ Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes
β’ Perform analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions, and assist with implementation
β’ Identify ways to enhance performance management related to new business implementation processes
β’ Develop and incorporate organizational best practices into business applications
β’ Assist with formulating and updating departmental policies and procedures
β’ Proof ID card and ID card letter communications for errors
β’ Create composition requirement documentation and validate data
What are we looking for?
β’ 2+ years of business process analysis (i.e. documenting business process, gathering requirements).
β’ Experience in healthcare industry or 1+ years of managed care encounters experience
β’ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Word, Power Point, Excel and Access.
β’ Understanding of HIPAA transactions (i.e. 837, 999, 824, 277) preferred.
β’ Jira, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Project Management, Requirements, Data Analysis & Validation, UAT/QA experience preferred

β’ 3 month contract with opportunity for extension
