You will be at the heart of innovation—identifying inefficiencies, analyzing complex data, and translating requirements into functional and technical specifications that shape scalable, user-friendly systems. Key Responsibilities • Partner with stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze business requirements, goals, and workflows. • Convert business needs into detailed user stories, functional/technical specs, data models, and process flows. • Liaise between business units and development teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the SDLC. • Develop wireframes and support process documentation using tools like Draw.io or Visio. • Create and execute test plans, test cases, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile practices and support backlog grooming in Azure DevOps. Required Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience in technology or data-intensive environments. • Proven experience working on large-scale data migration and systems integration projects. • Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and tools. • Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and system integration. • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodology. • Proficiency in process visualization tools such as Draw.io or Visio. • Preferred: Experience using Azure DevOps for requirements, lifecycle, and testing support.
