This role requires strong analytical, communication, and requirements-gathering skills, as well as a deep understanding of software development life cycles across both Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities β€’ Review and analyze complex processes and systems, breaking them into manageable parts. β€’ Identify root causes of issues, not just symptoms, and recommend effective solutions. β€’ Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather detailed business and system requirements. β€’ Write clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements. β€’ Utilize Azure DevOps (TFS) to manage product backlogs, epics, features, user stories, tasks, and test plans. β€’ Create process flow diagrams, swim lane charts, and system modification diagrams to communicate changes. β€’ Assist with System Integration Testing (IT Testing) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). β€’ Translate technical concepts for business users and business requirements for developers. β€’ Support the rollout of new systems/processes and manage user adoption strategies. β€’ Collaborate with Agile and Waterfall teams, providing expertise in both environments. Technical Proficiency β€’ Familiarity with enterprise software platforms (Oracle, SQL Server). β€’ Strong understanding of databases (SQL), APIs, and data flow diagrams. β€’ Proficiency in business process modeling and documenting workflows. β€’ Experience preparing test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test execution. Other Required Skills β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β€’ Excellent documentation and presentation skills. β€’ Ability to negotiate priorities, handle pushback, and resolve conflict diplomatically. β€’ Demonstrated ability to drive user adoption for new systems/processes.
