Role description
The Business Analyst will be a critical member of the product team, responsible for overseeing product development and implementation. This role will track key metrics and OKRs, troubleshoot issues during the creation and commercialization process, and manage day-to-day product operations post-launch.
We’re looking for a customer-focused, strategic, and tech-savvy communicator who strives to improve the healthcare experience. Reporting to the Product Manager, this role will also have high visibility with the Customer Solutions leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze product performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve issues, communicating risks and solutions to leadership.
• Troubleshoot technology, application, and product feature concerns affecting the customer experience.
• Execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategy and objectives.
• Participate in agile teams to develop features, user stories, and technical requirements.
• Build and manage workflows, data pulls, and scripts to support product insights.
• Set sprint goals and coordinate priorities with leadership.
• Support project management, including stakeholder communication, training, and risk management.
• Collaborate with Product Manager and cross-functional teams (digital, operations, finance, etc.) to develop and deliver solutions.
• Maintain strong knowledge of competitors, market trends, and the broader healthcare problem space.
• Develop communications and materials to represent products to stakeholders.
