Location: London, UK - Hybrid: 3 Days to Office every week

Roles & Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a seasoned Hybrid BA/PM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and leadership capabilities, with a proven track record in both business analysis and project management. This role demands a proactive individual who can drive requirements gathering, manage delivery timelines, and ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Conduct business analysis and requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews and workshops
β’ Document requirements in formats such as BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications
β’ Facilitate and lead workshops with cross-functional teams
β’ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business needs
β’ Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and delivery schedules
β’ Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
β’ Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful delivery
β’ Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
β’ Business Analysis: Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
β’ Project Management: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing projects, planning resources, and delivery oversight
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
β’ Experience in running workshops and facilitating cross-functional discussions
β’ Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
β’ Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervisio
