Business Analyst

Job Title: BA/PM Location: London, UK - Hybrid: 3 Days to Office every week Duration: 6 Months (Extendable) Employment Type: Contract - Inside IR35 Roles & Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a seasoned Hybrid BA/PM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and leadership capabilities, with a proven track record in both business analysis and project management. This role demands a proactive individual who can drive requirements gathering, manage delivery timelines, and ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct business analysis and requirements elicitation through stakeholder interviews and workshops • Document requirements in formats such as BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications • Facilitate and lead workshops with cross-functional teams • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business needs • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and delivery schedules • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies • Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful delivery • Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders Required Skills & Experience: • Business Analysis: Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation • Project Management: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing projects, planning resources, and delivery oversight • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience in running workshops and facilitating cross-functional discussions • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervisio
