Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:
β’ Business Analyst will lead and participate in joint application design session with stakeholders
β’ Develop test strategies, test scenarios and test cases based on written requirements
β’ Execute and review test runs and sign off on testing components
β’ Document requirements and participate in their development and testing
β’ Support the development of end-user training materials and end-user documentation as required
β’ Possible oversight role during the stabilization phase of each release including the monitoring of system change execution, the development of system -fix- strategies and the close monitoring of the implementation of those strategies
β’ As a Business Analyst, you will work with vendors to ensure business requirements are fully defined and tested
β’ Communicate updates and changes to impacted stakeholders
β’ Provide back up to other business analysts as needed
β’ Data query and analysis
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, IT or Healthcare Administration with minimum of 3 years of experience, or equivalent in healthcare administration setting
β’ Proficient in business analysis to support all stages of system project lifecycle
β’ Competency in HIPAA claims and payment transaction processing
β’ Strong data analysis skills - proficiency SQL
β’ Excellent communication and documentation skills
β’ Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with project managers, developers, business analysts, systems analysts, SQA analysts, business users/stakeholders, and data processing personnel; As well as interact with representatives from external agencies and companies
β’ Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as within project teams, providing relevant system analysis services
β’ Highly analytical, with the ability to independently analyze, document findings and recommend solutions
β’ Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodology a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
