Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst Duration: 18 Months Location: Irwindale, CA 91702 ( Hybrid in office 2 days on Wed & Thurs) Pay Range: $40-$5/hr on W2 Ideal Candidate: • Experience in business analysis and data management • Proficiency in Excel and Access for data tracking • Strong skills in payment processing and reconciliation • Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and manage business processes Required Skills/Attributes • BA/BS Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline • Four or more years of experience with business analysis • Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, Access or other similar tools for tracking and reporting • Ability to understand and conduct payment processing and reconciliation • Ability to follow and improve upon business processes • Strong attention to detail to validate information on forms is correct • Experience with manual data entry • Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume tasks during ramp-up periods Desired Skills/Attributes • Experience with customer programs and billing in a utility or similarly regulated environment • Familiarity with SAP • Experience using advanced analytical tools such SAS, Power BI or other similar tools. • Experience working with budgets. • Experience creating and using pivot tables, charts, and graphs and the ability to work with larger datasets (e.g., containing data for several hundred thousand accounts). • Proficiency identifying trends in complex data and arriving at solutions rooted in information. • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Demonstrates strong ethics, influence and negotiation, leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, and the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning About ASK: ASK Consulting is an award-winning technology and professional services recruiting firm servicing Fortune 500 organizations nationally.
