Role description
Pay rate: $53-75/hr depending on experience

Schedule Details:
Full-time, MondayβFriday
Candidate must be willing to work East Coast hours
Remote/Onsite Specifics:
W2 only
100% Remote (U.S. based only)
Job Description:
The client recently underwent an audit of its Records Retention Policy, which identified several areas requiring remediation. To support compliance with the audit findings by April 2027, the Business Analyst will play a key role in analyzing AI-generated outputs related to HR vendor contracts and Workday interfaces. This includes identifying PII (Personally Identifiable Information), assessing contractual alignment with data retention policies, and coordinating remediation efforts across CSLβs HR, I&T, and vendor teams. The role also supports broader system functions, including incident management, troubleshooting, and change control, ensuring CSLβs systems and data practices remain secure, compliant, and well-documented.
Responsibilities:
Analyze AI Agent output for PII in HR vendor contracts and Workday interfaces
Align interface findings with contracts and assess compliance with Records Retention Policy
Track and organize findings; prepare documentation and reports
Schedule and lead meetings with vendors and HR CoEs to address gaps
Partner with I&T to revise, test, and deploy updated interfaces
Support updates to Records Retention Policy
Troubleshoot websites, applications, user access, servers, transmissions, and firewall issues
Document and escalate incidents; validate service restoration
Facilitate and schedule change management requests and post-change validations
Configure installed software across environments and maintain documentation
Assist with disaster recovery testing and infrastructure monitoring
Monitor job processing and coordinate report reprints
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for critical applications
May perform project management functions as a team member or lead
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Familiarity with Workday (not required to configure)
Ability to interpret and assess contractual language
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Experience with Records Retention and Destruction concepts preferred
This role is W2 only; no C2C or 1099
