Business Analyst

Business Analyst Location: Dearborn, MI 48120 Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days onsite Pay Rate: Up to $61.13/hour, depending on experience and chosen benefits Role Overview This Business Analyst role will be part of a highly skilled team working on product features, development, and operation of a core customer data system. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify and prioritize impactful product features. Responsibilities • Create strong business partnerships for intelligent solutions through stakeholder interviews and solution designs. • Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and end-user tools to drive key business decisions using tools like Qlik, Dash Enterprise, Tableau, PowerBI. • Conduct deep-dive analysis of business problems and data issues to formulate recommendations for improvement and technical efficiency using R, Python, SQL, and other modeling tools. • Identify and implement enhancements to data analysis, interpretation, and visualization tools and methodologies. • Design and implement new metrics and strategies to improve business KPIs, unify metrics, and increase end-user adoption. • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Management teams to improve data completeness, usability, and performance. Qualifications • Familiarity with GCP, JSON, APIs, and basic Python scripting • Experience in automotive, ecommerce, or digital media environments • Exposure to UAT coordination and partner credential management • Experience with data privacy and process risk mitigation Skills Required • GCP • REST APIs • JSON • Project Documentation • Technical Documentation • UAT Skills Preferred • GCP Cloud Run • GitHub • Dynatrace • Tekton Experience • Required: 5+ years in a relevant field • Preferred: None Education • Required: Bachelor’s Degree
