Business Analyst - Active SC, AWS Up to £550pd (Inside IR35) London/primarily remote 3-6 months My client is a high profile consultancy who are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Active SC (Security Clearance), to operate between business stakeholders, IT Service Management (ITSM), and technical delivery teams, translating complex requirements into ITIL aligned solutions and supporting successful legacy‑to‑cloud transformation initiatives. Key requirements: • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst • Active SC (Security Clearance) • Experience in migrating legacy systems to AWS • Strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and end to end process analysis. • Hands‑on experience working within mature IT Service Management (ITSM) environments. • Good working knowledge of ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 processes, including incident, problem, change, service request, service design, and service transition. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. • Analytical and structured approach to problem solving. • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Visio, and similar documentation or workflow tools. • Flexibility to get to office Nice to have: • ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification. • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. SQL, Power BI). • Process modelling experience using BPMN or UML. • Understanding of system integrations and APIs.
