Job Description Job Title: Business Analyst 5 Job Location: Dimondale, MI (Hybrid) Job Type: Contract Job Description: Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements Translate complex business needs into actionable tasks for development teams Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable solutions Identify system gaps and recommend improvements or new solutions Review technical specifications for accuracy and completeness Support Agile teams by writing user stories and participating in SDLC activities Analyze data to support informed decision-making Mentor junior Business Analysts and lead cross-functional discussions Requirement: Minimum 12+ years as a Business Analyst 8+ years of experience gathering business requirements and creating detailed technical design documentation Strong experience reviewing technical designs and ensuring quality standards Experience with responsive design and human-centered solutions Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies Experience with system integrations, APIs, cloud, middleware, and legacy systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience using process modeling tools (flowcharts, data models, process diagrams) Interested candidates can send their updated resumes at jobs@global-itech.com
