This role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting document capture, workflow automation, and content management solutions to optimize business processes and ensure secure document handling. Role Description This is a contract role for a Business Analyst, located in Denver, CO, The Business Analyst will handle day-to-day tasks such as gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing and improving business processes, and effectively communicating findings and recommendations. The Business Analyst will also work closely with the team to deliver data-driven insights and support decision-making processes. Business Analyst with strong SQL expertise and exceptional analytical skills. Experienced in analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights. Skilled in gathering and translating business requirements into functional solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements that align with organizational goals. Adept at web page creation and incorporating screenshots into business documents to clearly communicate findings and solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, configure, and maintain IBM FileNet applications, repositories, and workflows. • Implement and support IBM Datacap for document capture, classification, and data extraction. • Integrate DMS solutions with enterprise applications to streamline document lifecycle management. • Troubleshoot performance issues, provide production support, and optimize system stability. • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and support knowledge base articles. • Ensure compliance with security and data retention policies across the document management ecosystem. Technical Skills • FileNet P8 / Content Manager – Workflow, Process Engine, and Case Manager. • IBM Datacap – Document scanning, OCR/ICR, and intelligent data capture. • DMS (Document Management Systems) – Configuration, integration, and administration. • Strong skills in Java / .NET / REST APIs for custom integrations. • Database experience with SQL / Oracle for back-end support. • Knowledge of authentication and access control (LDAP, SSO, Active Directory).
