Business Analyst with Callidus Cloud
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams for all Callidus-related initiatives.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership in the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Callidus Cloud modules (especially Callidus ICM, Callidus Producer Pro, and related components).
• Analyze current incentive compensation processes and propose scalable, automated solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and integration specialists to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
• Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables while mitigating risks and issues.
• Develop and execute test plans, conduct UAT, and ensure system readiness for production.
• Deliver training and documentation for end users and support teams.
• Stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or technical lead roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Callidus Cloud.
• Strong understanding of incentive compensation management, sales performance management, and commission structures.
• Experience with data mapping, ETL, and system integration related to compensation platforms.
• Familiarity with scripting or configuration in Callidus (e.g. Calc logic, Rules, Territories, Quotas).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in industries like telecom, insurance, or financial services.
• Familiarity with other compensation or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Xactly).
• Callidus certification or training is a plus.
• Agile/Scrum project methodology experience.
