Business Analyst with CBAP

OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing and translating business needs into technical solutions, supporting data-driven decision-making, and enhancing operational efficiency. The Business Analyst will collaborate across departments to deliver impactful insights and support project initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Duties Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to develop comprehensive specifications for technical teams. Experience in developing or enhancing tools within existing applications including SharePoint, PowerBI Active or recent Certifications CBAP, PMI-PBA, CAPM is required Develop interactive dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and VBA to facilitate data visualization and reporting. Support project management activities within Agile frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of solutions aligned with SDLC best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on database design, linked data integration, and system architecture enhancements. Create process diagrams and documentation using Visio to communicate workflows effectively. Assist in the development of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and recommendations based on comprehensive data evaluation. Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a strong understanding of business analysis principles. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices. Knowledge of SDLC processes for software development projects. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into strategic insights. Experience working with linked data concepts and database management systems is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
