Business Analyst Contract
We are seeking a Business Analyst, focused on the Run State Maintenance team. You'll work closely with business owners to identify, analyze, and translate business problems into system needs for the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and write functional specifications
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and assist in preparing business cases
• Support Icertis platform upgrades, enhancements, and post-implementation reviews
• Create training materials and assist end-users in system adoption
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain work plans using Jira
Qualifications:
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Syntex
• Background supporting SaaS applications; Icertis CLM experience is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools (e.g., Jira)
• Ability to write functional/technical specs and prioritize deadlines
Bonus:
• Direct experience supporting Icertis configuration.
