The role involves leading a team, gathering requirements, and developing user stories for the development team while ensuring effective communication and project management. Responsibilities: • The Business Analyst acts as the key interface between the users, Development team, and the Project Manager, Solution (product) Manager, and Solution (product) Owner. • The Senior Specialist leads a team of Business Analysts and needs to ability to build a plan for requirements development, motivating junior team members, and negotiating MVP requirements vs. nice to have requirements. • They also gather requirements from the product manager and convert them to user stories for the development team to work on. • The Senior Specialist Business Analyst requires a skillset of user story and acceptance criteria development, influencing customer and clients to prioritize the solution backlog, and definition of functional and non-functional requirements. • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
