The position demands exceptional attention to detail and the ability to proactively identify trends and anomalies in business metrics. Job Responsibilities • Refresh and update monthly key reports, scorecards, and presentation slides in collaboration with team members • Provide comprehensive variance to forecast analysis across all relevant business metrics • Maintain and enhance advanced financial and business models on a monthly basis • Support ad-hoc analyses and deliverables as requested by stakeholders • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations across the broader team • Deliver weekly business outlook reports based on the latest trends and current forecasts • Identify and communicate unusual patterns or unclear data to appropriate stakeholders • Manage project timelines and deliverables independently while meeting established deadlines Requirements • 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, business analyst, or finance analyst roles • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or related field required • Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced, virtual environments • Proven track record of maintaining complex financial models and reporting frameworks • Experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex modeling and analysis • Strong expertise in PowerPoint for creating executive-level presentations • Advanced data modeling and financial analysis capabilities • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with storytelling capabilities • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a virtual environment • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating across matrixed teams • Proactive approach to identifying issues and opportunities • Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to business analysis • Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning and resource allocation • Capability to analyze and interpret business trends and translate them into actionable insights Additional Details • Location: Remote • Duration: 6 months • Pay Range • : $35 - $39.50 per hour • Weekly Schedule: 40 hours • Job Status: Non-Exempt • Application Deadline: Apply within 72 hours of the posting date to ensure consideration.
