Summary:
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Systems Consulting. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Responsibilities:
β’ The Technical Business Analyst will be supporting the lending transformation loan delivery projects
β’ Maintain and improve existing Legal Documentation Platform systems (Wholesale Loan Forms, SimplyDocs, LaserPro, BBOS Library).
β’ Implement system enhancements, process improvements, software updates, and regulatory changes.
β’ Collaborate with legal and third-party vendors to keep loan document content current.
β’ Support transformation initiatives for a new strategic Loan Documentation Generation Platform.
β’ Develop and document data and system requirements to meet business needs.
β’ Lead or participate in cross-functional business requirements gathering sessions (both in-person and remote).
β’ Provide strategic business solutions for technology initiatives impacting multiple business lines.
β’ Ensure effective communication and information flow between business and technology teams.
β’ Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
β’ Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
β’ Experience with automated systems for commercial loan documentation generation (e.g., Finastra LaserPro).
β’ Proficiency with nCino credit originations tool, especially the document preparation workflow.
β’ High-level understanding of commercial loan documents.
β’ Experience executing Agile project methodologies, with strong Agile principles.
β’ Proven ability to write clear user stories and test cases.
β’ Demonstrated experience executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts.
β’ High-level understanding of commercial loan documents.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail.
β’ Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
β’ Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
β’ Experience in business systems analysis, requirements gathering, or design.
β’ Experience in product development or product management.
