Business Analyst (contract)

Title: Technical Business Analyst Location: 1305 W W T Harris Blvd Charlotte, NC Duration: 12 months Work Engagement: W2 Work Schedule: Onsite Benefits on offer for this contract position: Health Insurance, Life insurance, 401K and Voluntary Benefits Summary: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Systems Consulting. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Responsibilities: • The Technical Business Analyst will be supporting the lending transformation loan delivery projects • Maintain and improve existing Legal Documentation Platform systems (Wholesale Loan Forms, SimplyDocs, LaserPro, BBOS Library). • Implement system enhancements, process improvements, software updates, and regulatory changes. • Collaborate with legal and third-party vendors to keep loan document content current. • Support transformation initiatives for a new strategic Loan Documentation Generation Platform. • Develop and document data and system requirements to meet business needs. • Lead or participate in cross-functional business requirements gathering sessions (both in-person and remote). • Provide strategic business solutions for technology initiatives impacting multiple business lines. • Ensure effective communication and information flow between business and technology teams. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. • Experience with automated systems for commercial loan documentation generation (e.g., Finastra LaserPro). • Proficiency with nCino credit originations tool, especially the document preparation workflow. • High-level understanding of commercial loan documents. • Experience executing Agile project methodologies, with strong Agile principles. • Proven ability to write clear user stories and test cases. • Demonstrated experience executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts. • High-level understanding of commercial loan documents. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). • Experience in business systems analysis, requirements gathering, or design. • Experience in product development or product management.
