Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking a Business Analyst (CRM). Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to lead the requirements gathering, design collaboration, and implementation support for a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the CRM supports our customer engagement, sales, and service operations effectively. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering:
β’ Work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, support, and IT to understand current workflows and pain points
β’ Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to capture business needs and translate them into functional requirements
CRM Design & Development Support:
β’ Partner with technical teams to design and validate CRM architecture, workflows, and data models
β’ Collaborate on decisions related to platform selection, configuration, and integrations
β’ Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile or hybrid development environment
β’ Define user stories, use cases, and process flows
Data & Process Mapping:
β’ Analyze existing customer data and map its migration to the new CRM
β’ Define and document business processes, ensuring alignment with CRM capabilities
β’ Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and efficiency improvements
Testing & Quality Assurance:
β’ Develop and execute test plans to validate CRM functionality against requirements
β’ Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business stakeholders
Change Management & Training:
β’ Support change management efforts to drive CRM adoption across teams
β’ Assist in creating training materials, documentation, and onboarding sessions for end-users
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
β’ 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with CRM-related projects
β’ Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or custom CRM platforms)
β’ Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
β’ Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
β’ Familiarity with data modeling and API integrations is a plus
Preferred Skills
β’ Experience leading CRM implementations from discovery to launch
β’ Knowledge of customer lifecycle, sales funnel management, and marketing automation
β’ Exposure to SaaS platforms or custom CRM development
β’ Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
