Role: Business Analyst Level 4
Rate: $58/hour W2
Contract: 6 Months
Location: Remote
SUMMARY
The Business Analyst Level 4 is a senior-level contributor responsible for driving business value through expert-level analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile delivery practices. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical writing skills, the ability to manage complex requirements, and a proven track record of working in Agile/Scrum environments. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, capable of translating business needs into actionable user stories and managing the full lifecycle of product backlog items and bugs.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments.
Demonstrated experience writing user stories, managing bugs, and working with cross-functional teams.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Azure Dev Ops and Visio.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Product Management or Business Analysis certification preferred (e.g., CSPO, PMP, CBAP)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with requirements management and visualization tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, Visio)
Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, trends, and competitive landscape
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles
Understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and user experience principles

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
Author, maintain, and organize user stories, acceptance criteria, and bug reports in tools such as Azure Dev Ops.
Conduct impact analysis and root cause investigations for complex business problems.
Translate technical concepts into clear, concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Support product owners in prioritizing backlog items and refining the product roadmap.
Champion continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams.
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
May provide guidance and mentoring to junior business analysts supporting the platform.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travel up to 10% of the time for vendor meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagement.
