We are in search of a highly skilled Business Analyst with a focus on Data Governance and Data Quality to become part of our Data Governance Team. This role emphasizes expertise in the BCBS 239 project, requiring a solid understanding of BCBS 239 regulations and a successful background in Finance, Risk, or Audit.
Key Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst will be instrumental in supporting the Data Governance Team's initiatives for BCBS 239 compliance. Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with BCBS 239 standards.
• Analyzing data governance frameworks to align with regulatory requirements.
• Facilitating communication between finance, risk, and audit departments.
• Documenting and maintaining data quality standards.
• Identifying gaps in data governance practices and proposing solutions.
Key Requirements:
• Extensive experience in Data Governance and Data Quality.
• Strong understanding of BCBS 239 regulations.
• Background in working with Finance, Risk, or Audit.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with data management frameworks.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in implementing data governance practices.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in data management.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks.
