💼 Role: Business Analyst – Retention Data (EMEA) 📍 Location: Hybrid – London (3 days office / 2 days remote) ⏳ Contract Length: 12 months minimum 💰 Day Rate: £260/day (Inside IR35) I’m hiring for a Business Analyst – Retention Data to join a leading global tech company known for empowering businesses with cutting-edge financial tools and services. This is a 12-month contract (minimum) with hybrid working 3 days per week in the London office, 2 days remote. • • MUST HAVE • • 1: Within your experience and clearly on your CV: Data Insight, what impact did you make. 2: We are looking for someone who can display on their CV that has analysed data they have pulled and can make recommendations that the business acts on. 3: Can you show within your CV where you have increased conversion by X%, drove revenue through and saved X money, reduced time by X? The Role: As part of a high-impact analytics team, you’ll support several flagship projects focused on customer retention across the EMEA region. You’ll build powerful, scalable dashboards and analytics tools that help shape decision-making across the product lifecycle, with a clear focus on retention and behavioural insights. This is more than just a reporting role, it’s an opportunity to use your skills in SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau/Qlik) to influence strategy, close data gaps, and directly impact customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Build and automate scalable reporting solutions focused on customer retention • Create and present dashboards combining internal and external data for senior stakeholders • Identify and close gaps in behavioural data capture strategies • Deliver actionable insights that improve retention performance across products • Partner with cross-functional teams to meet data needs now and in the future What We're Looking For: ✅ Experience as a BI Analyst / Data Analyst, ideally with a retention or lifecycle focus ✅ Advanced SQL (comfortable with complex queries, joins, CTEs, etc.) ✅ Proficiency in Tableau, Qlik, or similar BI tools ✅ Experience building or working with data pipelines ✅ A track record of turning data into insights and business recommendations Nice to Have: • Exposure to Python or R for statistical/data analysis • Experience working with customer churn, loyalty, or retention metrics • Background in FinTech or product-led environments About You: • Proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment • Highly organised with great attention to detail • Collaborative team player who communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Curious and always looking to learn, improve, and push boundaries If you're passionate about using data to solve real business problems and want to be part of an exciting team driving customer retention, I'd love to hear from you.
