Full Time Contract MUST have at least 8 recent years in life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries – Data Warehousing & GCP - (Good Clinical Practice) Position: Business Analyst Data Warehouse (GCP) Location: Remote Duration: 18 Months Pay Rate: Up to $90/hr., commensurate with experience. Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in the life sciences sector and a deep understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP). The successful candidate will be the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team for the implementation of a pre-built data warehouse solution from eClinical Solutions. This is a critical role that requires a blend of business analysis, technical aptitude, and the ability to produce formal Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation. Responsibilities: β€’ Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from clinical operations, data management, and other key stakeholders for the data warehouse project. β€’ Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team and the eClinical Solutions vendor. β€’ Serve as the main point of contact for the vendor, ensuring their solution aligns with business needs and regulatory requirements. β€’ Author and maintain comprehensive SDLC documentation, including requirements specifications, user stories, use cases, and validation documents, in accordance with regulatory standards. β€’ Validate that the implemented data warehouse solution meets all defined business requirements and is in full compliance with GCP guidelines. β€’ Collaborate with the project manager and technical team to ensure a smooth project lifecycle and successful delivery. β€’ Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements, define business processes, and manage changes. Qualifications: β€’ Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries. β€’ Strong, verifiable experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) environment β€’ Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements from diverse stakeholders. β€’ Experience with data warehousing, data management, and business intelligence concepts. β€’ Experience writing formal SDLC documentation. β€’ Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. β€’ Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) is a plus. Education & Certifications: β€’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) preferred.
