Business Analyst | Digital

Salary: DOE Description We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with a focus on digital projects to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. This is a long-term contract position with the potential for conversion to a permanent role. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in UI/UX design and excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to support the Digital Portal Team. Responsibilities • Analyze and document business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals and stakeholder needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to deliver effective digital solutions. • Support the development and enhancement of client-facing digital portals with a focus on UI/UX improvements. • Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for process optimization and recommend actionable solutions. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines. • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of deliverables. • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirement documents and process workflows. • Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira to track project progress and manage tasks effectively. • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies to support iterative project development. • Conduct AB testing to validate digital solutions and ensure optimal user experiences. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital or UI/UX-focused role. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform gap analyses and recommend process improvements. • Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. • Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and participation in related ceremonies. • Familiarity with AB testing and its application in digital projects. • Knowledge of CRM systems and claim administration processes. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate and thorough documentation.
