What You Will Be Accountable For
• Build and execute queries to extract raw data for analysis.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate trends and performance insights.
• Analyze and interpret large data sets to support merchandising and digital commerce strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define data needs and operational goals.
• Design mathematical models or simulations to evaluate trade-offs and strategic options.

What Qualifications You Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related technical field required.
• 2–4 years of experience in a business or data analyst role.
• Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools.
• Experience in operations research, probability, or statistical logic.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic knowledge of strategic planning, policy formation, and resource allocation.
