The Operations & Communications team drives efficiency and alignment across the Product Enablement organization. We provide logistics, insights, and data-driven reporting that help teams measure impact, improve collaboration, and ensure programs deliver value.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst, Product Enablement Operations to join our team on a contract basis. This role will play a key part in measuring the impact of enablement programs, supporting operational excellence, and helping leaders make data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate is an early-career business or data analyst (2–5 years of experience) with strong skills in analytics, reporting, and communication. This individual will partner with program owners and cross-functional teams to track performance, manage surveys, prepare business reviews, and implement efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Program Measurement & Reporting: Collaborate with program owners to design and implement tracking solutions, interpret results, and present insights.
• Business Reviews: Prepare data and visuals for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Survey Design & Analysis: Manage quarterly survey creation, distribution, and analysis to measure product confidence and program effectiveness.
• Process Management: Work with functional leaders to implement scalable, data-driven processes that support decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Enablement, Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, Field Readiness, and Enablement Operations to align on strategy and execution.
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience:
• 2–5 years in Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Project Management, or Operations roles
• 1–2 years Salesforce experience OR prior experience in enablement, sales ops, or marketing ops
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Snowflake, Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets
• Knowledge of Salesforce data/metadata architecture
• Experience with CRM and enablement data sources (Salesforce, Astro Course Tracker, GUS)
• Familiarity with GenAI tools in a business context (a plus)
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field
Work Environment & Schedule
• Standard workday: 8 AM – 5 PM ET
• Remote-first role with occasional onsite meetings/events (approx. once per month) at Salesforce Tower Indianapolis (111 Monument Cir, Indianapolis, IN 46204)
