Role description
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a high-profile enterprise transformation program that integrates Oracle CRM, CPQ, Procurement, and Analytics systems. This program is modernizing manual, spreadsheet-driven processes for global commercial and sales teams. You will join at a critical delivery phase, working closely with the Project Manager, business stakeholders, and a systems integrator to finalize requirements, refine future-state design, and support Agile delivery and UAT readiness. Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders and SI partner to finalize and refine business requirements • Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira • Partner with SI and PMO to align on sprint planning and backlog prioritization • Contribute to delivery of Level 2 future-state process documentation • Build and manage test cases, supporting design validation and UAT readiness • Coordinate and support UAT execution in the UK • Act as liaison between business, technical teams, and project leadership to ensure clarity Required Skills • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience on enterprise IT or transformation programs • Hands-on experience with Oracle CRM, CPQ, Procurement, or Quote-to-Cash workflows (Salesforce CPQ experience also relevant) • Strong ability to define current vs. future state processes and translate into actionable requirements • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office tools • Experience writing test cases and supporting UAT readiness/execution • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices • Strong communication skills, with experience supporting global stakeholders and offshore teams Why Apply? • Be part of a high-visibility global transformation program • Opportunity to influence future-state enterprise processes • Work directly with senior stakeholders and system integrator teams • Potential for contract extension on a multi-phase program
