Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Remote Pay Rate: $55-65/hr Duration: Long-term contract Summary Supports enterprise repair and maintenance programs through data analysis, performance benchmarking, and process improvement. Analyzes work‑order spend across sites, regions, providers, and categories to identify trends, reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and enhance program quality. Key Responsibilities • Analyze repair and maintenance spend to identify trends, cost drivers, and improvement opportunities. • Develop and track benchmarking metrics to evaluate StoreCare and energy program performance. • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, resolve issues, and support program strategy. • Identify, build, and maintain data sources and reporting tools to meet business KPI needs. • Create process documentation and diagrams to support operational improvements. • Maintain data accuracy and integrity while monitoring evolving business needs. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree OR HS diploma/GED with 3+ years of customer service or issue‑resolution experience. • Strong customer service, cross‑functional collaboration, and multi‑workstream coordination skills. • Experience identifying operational issues and recommending solutions. • Knowledge of reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Willingness to travel up to 5%. Preferred • Experience in facilities/asset management, maintenance programs, or energy/utility operations. • Strong analytical skills, including trend identification and exception analysis. • Experience with Excel macros and writing queries (SQL, Access, etc.).
