Business Analyst

Role - Business Analyst Location - Shelton, CT Hybrid only local Rate : $45/hr on W2 Requirements • A degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field • 3+ years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance • Proven experience in eliciting and documenting requirements using a BRD, process flows, use cases, and user stories • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills • Strong critical thinking, and process improvement skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking • Ability to work with various teams within an organization, including business and technical product owners, project managers, and developers • Knowledge in RBAC a plus • Knowledge of SDLC a plus client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Shelton, CT. Summary: A Business Analyst collaborates with various departments and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. They translate these requirements into functional specifications for technology teams and work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, they identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
