Role description
CONTRACTOR MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR BPSS
Role Title: Data Business Analyst (focus on Lloyd’s London Market)
Client: Munich Re
Work setup: 3-4 days onsite/week
Rate: £590/day (Inside IR35)
Role Description:
Strong Insurance background; focus on Lloyd’s London Market. Working experience in any of the following:
Delegated Authority; experience in bordereaux ingestion and compliance (Lloyd’s Standard 5.2)
Experience working within a Lloyd’s Syndicate and / or MGA
Inwards & Outwards Reinsurance; experience with reinsurance data
Lloyds market operations and syndicate structures, beneficial if they worked on Finance or Actuarial area
Experience with data mapping tasks on an insurance project
The ability to capture and interpret business definitions, rules and lineage, any projects where they owned source to target mapping including business and technical metadata
Familiarity with financial reporting & regulatory compliance specific to Insurance
Good SQL querying and good excel
The ability to write good user stories, Product Backlog increments and acceptance criteria
Basic knowledge of Azure and Databricks will be an advantage
Experience working on data warehouse projects
Excellent communication skills; can articulate business requirements to technical teams
Solid presentation skills
Experience managing business and technical stakeholders
Can manage ambiguous requirements
Desirable
Hands on experience on (re)insurance data migration projects
Hands on experience using (re)insurance policy admin systems and databases
Hands on experience in a regulatory environment (GDPR, Solvency II)
Experience in relational and dimensional modelling including normalization and defining relationships between entities
