Business Analyst (Global Custody)

🌍 Business Analyst – Entitlements Program (Global Custody / Asset Servicing) experience required • • 📍 London, £675/day UMB | 💼 Contract | 🔄 Hybrid (Agile Environment) We’re partnering with a leading global financial institution embarking on a multi-year transformation programme to deliver next-generation Enterprise Entitlements and Tax Processing platforms. As part of the second phase of the Entitlements Program, the focus is on US Corporate Actions while driving enhancements across Income, Class Actions, Proxy, and Tax processes. This is a strategic, high-impact role working in an Agile environment alongside business, technology, and global stakeholders. What you’ll do • Lead end-to-end business analysis across the full SDLC — from requirements gathering and process modelling to testing support and implementation readiness. • Collaborate with design teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and delivered to the highest standard. • Partner with global stakeholders to shape project scope, define EPICs and user stories in Azure DevOps (ADO), and maintain alignment with the overall transformation roadmap. • Conduct detailed data analysis and mapping to support scalable, resilient solutions. • Provide guidance and oversight to other BAs, maintaining quality and consistency in deliverables. What you’ll bring • Proven BA experience in Global Custody and/or Asset Servicing environments. • Strong working knowledge of Entitlements processing and industry best practice. • Agile methodology expertise, including story/EPIC writing in ADO. • Experience in data mapping and complex process analysis. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams. • Desirable: experience with BaNCs or IMActions systems, BA certification.
