We're is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-impact transformation programme, supporting the delivery of strategic, value-driven solutions for a key client. This role is ideal for someone with strong stakeholder management, analytical expertise, and experience delivering change across both Agile and Waterfall environments.
The role
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and third-party suppliers to analyse business needs, document requirements, and help drive the transition to new ways of working. You’ll play a central role in ensuring business objectives are met while maintaining alignment with strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather, refine, and validate requirements.
• Define and document business requirements with clear traceability.
• Support business change initiatives and transformation programmes.
• Contribute to benefits realisation and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership.
• Support UAT and acceptance criteria definition.
• Provide knowledge transfer and promote best practice across project teams.
Skills & experience
Essential:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale transformation or technology projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong process modelling and documentation skills (e.g. Microsoft Visio).
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
Desirable:
• Knowledge of LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience delivering change and adoption programmes.
• Background in consulting or client-facing project delivery.
• Understanding of benefits realisation and performance measurement frameworks.
Personal attributes
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environments.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and delivering meaningful change.
