Immediate need for a talented Business Analyst – Healthcare Data & Integration. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US(Remote). Key Responsibilities: • Conduct gap analysis, needs assessments, and resource planning to support project execution. • Develop cost models and business case justifications for new initiatives. • Oversee research efforts — market, operational, financial — to advise strategic direction. • Work with engineering and product leads to guide system integration and data exchange solutions. • Define and document interface requirements between systems Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or data integration roles within healthcare, payer, or health IT • Hands-on experience in supporting data exchange / integration workflows, claims processing, and remittance logic • Proficiency in data validation, profiling, and transformation • Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation (BRD/FRD), and user story creation • Experience working with SQL or other query languages • Ability to communicate complex ideas in business-friendly language • Experience with agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog grooming Our client is a leading Biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
