Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in HR systems, particularly in system migration projects and preferably with Workday processes. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and maintain business requirements and project backlogs, including detailed user stories and technical non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops (internal and external) to gather, prioritize, and refine requirements.
- Play a pivotal role in project delivery, ensuring processes and test scenarios are successfully defined and executed.
- Translate complex specifications into actionable, product-focused outputs aligned with business goals.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and documentation of business processes, data flows, and system interactions.
Requirements & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in IT or technical environments.
- Strong background in HR systems and infrastructure.
- Proven experience in application and desktop migrations.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques: user stories, use cases, wireframes, UML, BPMN.
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Exceptional analytical skills with expertise in requirements analysis, documentation, and solution evaluation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset with a history of delivering value-focused solutions.
