Responsibilities
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
β’ Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement through automation.
β’ Utilize UIPath to design, develop, and implement automated workflows.
β’ Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
β’ Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
β’ Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
β’ Support the testing process by developing test cases and coordinating UAT with end users.
β’ Provide training and support to end users on new systems and processes.
β’ Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
β’ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and automation.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
β’ 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
β’ Demonstrated experience in UIPath development and implementation.
β’ Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements.
Required Skills
β’ Strong expertise in UIPath and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) implementation.
β’ Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
