Business Analyst I

Business Analyst I 100% Remote - PST Work Hours Backfill contract role Mandatory Responsibilities • Work with Product Managers to understand/document product requirements. • Document cross-functional business requirements, develop User Stories and align with stakeholders. • Partner with IT & QA teams to: • Set up UAT data/scenarios. • Develop test cases, regression testing and automation. • Lead UAT, track results, identify bugs and drive closure. • Participate in IT/Engineering discussions to ensure front-end & back-end system integration. • Define product use cases, capture tactical/strategic product goals and ensure traceability. Required Experience • 3-5 years relevant work experience supporting new product or service launches. • 3+ years hands-on experience with Lead-to-Cash flows: • SKU configuration, Quoting, Finance, Billing, backend processes. • Experience with recurring revenue / subscription billing streams. • Strong skills in writing User Stories and converting business requirements for dev teams. • Confluence & JIRA expertise (highly desired). • Working knowledge of systems supporting high-tech business processes (CRM, Planning, Licensing, Support Enablement systems). • Prior experience with Salesforce, Steelbrick CPQ, or SAP (preferred). • Business process modeling skills (using tools/techniques). • Excellent written, verbal and visualization communication skills comfortable at all org levels. • Proven ability to act as liaison between business and IT strategy, processes, workflows and service delivery. • Strong team collaboration and consensus-building. • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.). Education • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. • Minimum 3+ years working as a Business Analyst (or closely related role).
