Akkodis is seeking an Business Analyst I for a contract position with a client located in Syracuse, NY (Hybrid).
Pay Range: $40-45/HR on W2 The pay rate may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

JOB DETAILS:
Position will serve as analyst for major digital product focused on improving client capabilities in delivering its large capital projects and managing associated contracts. Alongside the delivery of the product, the secondary focus will be ensuring that reporting out of the new digital product meets the needs of business users. This position would report out of our Syracuse, NY office with expectations of 2-3 days in office per week.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Maintaining overall project plan and tracking status of deliverables
-Provide updates on project plan to product leadership team
-Perform ad-hoc analysis on data from digital product
-Assist in collection of requirements from business users for features and building of business cases
-Provide and/or collect status updates from team members to roll into update slides that are cascaded to impacted users
-Drive documentation of process changes required to implement tooling in partnership with business users
-Produce reporting based upon user engagement with the product to assist in adoption reporting
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree
-0-2 yearsβ work experience
-Required experience in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) with PowerBI preferred
-Required experience in schedule management concepts (task relationships, schedule progression, resourcing) with MS Project experience preferred.
-Highly motivated, self-driven to learn new concepts and digital products
-Required understanding concepts of data preparations, quality with experience preferred
-Experience in full MS suite
-Experience preferred in basic coding languages, but not required (SQL, Python, etc)
