IT Business Analyst III
Location: Charlotte NC 28202
Duration : 12 Months
Hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week ( mandatory per GHR)
Business Analyst with experience in Information Security or Vulnerability Management.
Ideal candidate will bridge the gap between Global Information Security (GIS), application teams, and business partners.
The candidate will focus on analyzing, documenting, tracking and process improvement of the remediation of security vulnerabilities.
The candidate will understand information security principles, communication skills and the ability to translate security requirements into clear, actionable business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements gathering and Analysis: Work closely with GIS, Application Development Security Framework (ADSF) team and application teams for vulnerability scanning, analysis and remediation.
Performance/Metric Improvement: Identify, track and document vulnerability management to provide support to remediation metrics and performance. Maintain reporting for metrics to track Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between GIS, Application Development teams and other business units to track remediation efforts to ensure compliance. Facilitate communication between business users, data scientists, developers, and other cross-functional teams.
Provide guidance stakeholders on compliance with information security, data governance, and identity and access management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably with information security or vulnerability management exposure.
Solid understanding of information security concepts and knowledge of Common Vulnerability Exposures (CVE)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
