Business Analyst II
Payrate: $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Summary:
This role will be work in collaboration with your customers and teammates, directly support the advancement of the Smart Connected Warehouse (SCW) initiative at Company’s -driving transformational change to Warehouse Management solutions and processes via new and advanced system capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• Provide production support for facilities with modern solutions deployed including deploying new capabilities as they are developed
• Create training documentation for warehouse office and floor staff. Perform end-user training and directly support implementations
Experiences/Education:
• 1+ years’ experience working within Operations and/or Engineering function
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Degree in Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
Desired skills/Experiences:
• Having a data background would be beneficial for these positions
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with Python
• 2+ years of experience working in a warehouse or other operations
• 2+ years of experience working in an engineering role in support or operations
• Experience Training personnel (processes, best practices)
• Experience supporting operations in the use of technical tools or IT systems
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
